AgencyOS — Recruitment Operations Platform
The challenge
ISHC ran a high-volume recruitment operation with no proper system. Candidate records, client accounts, job pipelines, and team assignments all lived in WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets. Deals were missed. Data was lost. Nobody had a real-time view of the pipeline.
The solution
We built AgencyOS from scratch in 4 sprint cycles. It now runs ISHC's entire HR operation — candidate management, deal pipelines, hiring workflows, document generation, and team performance tracking. Every team member has role-based access to exactly what they need.
