The challenge

ISHC managed their entire recruitment pipeline — candidates, visas, flights, employer deals, and commissions — across spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Nothing was tracked, nothing was visible, nothing was automated.

The solution

We built AgencyOS — a full-stack CRM purpose-built for recruitment and manpower export agencies. The system covers the complete placement lifecycle: from candidate registration to deal signing, visa processing, flight booking, and commission settlement.
